We view the gallery of the Kunstverein Baden as an experimental playing field positioned between the commercial operation inherent in the gallery sector and the exhibition spaces and museums. The aim is to present innovative contemporary works of art across a number of diverse levels.

Cooperation in recent years, which has increasingly also been oriented towards Vienna, is intended to present the town of Baden in a more modern light, beyond the traditional Biedermeier image. The many years of experience as a gallery have certainly done their part to bring about significant change in this respect.
