Cadavre Exquis #1

In the context of a residency in Paris, an artistic-curatorial exchange between Miriam Hamann, Constanze Schweiger and Katja Stecher began in May 2024. This not only emphasizes the collectivity of artistic practice, the idea of which lies somewhere between the participants, the materials, the dimensions, between the world and its mirror. The measurability of dynamic processes will also be at stake.

First results of the collaboration were presented under the title Fragments proposés on May 22 at the Open Studios at the Cité internationale des arts. Moreover, the group has organized studio visits with Laure Catugier, Pauline Debrichy, Sabisha Friedberg, Anaïs Horn, Fatima Moallim, Jeanne Susplugas und Virginie Yassef.
